Third-party code in this folder

zxing-reader.js and zxing_reader.wasm are the "reader" build of zxing-wasm
3.1.6, copied unchanged from the npm package (dist/iife/reader/index.js and
dist/reader/zxing_reader.wasm). They are used by the QR Code Scanner
(tool.php?id=qr). The reader build contains the following code.

The writer part of zxing-wasm and its bundled zint library (BSD-3-Clause) are
not included: the scanner only reads codes.
